The objective of the new fare categories is to offer each customer the solution he needs. Whether it be in Flex, Semi-Flex, or Comfort 1 class, Thalys offers a range of high valued added services. The Semi-Flex Comfort 2 ticket will include access to WiFi and privileged grouping. With the No-Flex fare, Thalys maintains its attractive Comfort 2 fare prices for those who prefer to reserve their tickets in advance.
Comfort 1 class includes optimum ticket flexibility, free broadband, on board catering served at the customer’s seat, taxi reservations and the possibility to reserve a meeting room on board. Semi-Flex Comfort 1 and Comfort 2 tickets combine flexibility, services and price.
The new tarification grid will come into effect on 11 March.
