airberlin has launched the first of its long-haul fleet of A330-200s equipped with new seats in Business and Economy Class and enhanced in-flight entertainment systems.

In Business Class, the new fully-automatic seats offer passengers outstanding comfort whether they are seated or lying down. The new seat reclines 170 degrees, which allows it to be transformed into a comfortable reclining seat 181 cm long and 50 cm wide. In addition, every seat has a connection for a laptop or other electronic device.

CityJet, the airline that flies from central London airport, London City, is launching a new French route this summer to Brest, in the region of Brittany.

CityJet will commence the new twice weekly service, from its hub at London City Airport, from 30 March 2012 for the full summer season. With the addition of Brest, Brittany to the network, CityJet now serves eight destinations across France including Paris, Nantes, Avignon and Toulon.

Dutch hotel group citizenM hotels has signed a ground lease commitment with Aeroport de Paris, for the development of a 230 room citizenM hotel at the Roissypole district.
